Mortgage Bundle Calculator combines four different mortgage calculations in one user-friendly BlackBerry® app. It can also generate a monthly amortization table for the mortgage. You can calculate monthly payments based on loan amount, loan term and interest rate, compare different mortgage interest rates, different buy-down point options, and check your savings in a refinance scenario.

Purchase Calculator: is designed to find monthly payments based on a loan amount, loan term and interest rate. After calculation you can also get the amortization table by pushing the "Report" button.
Refinance Calculator: is designed to find monthly payments based on a loan amount, loan term and interest rate, and compare the new monthly payment to the current one. The monthly payment difference between the new and old monthly payments is also provided.
Interest Rate Comparison: is designed to compare two interest rates and to find out the payment differences between them based on the loan amount, loan term and interest rate.
Point Comparison: helps you to see the differences between two buy-down point options. Enter the points to be paid for each scenario. The application provides you an estimate of how long it will take to recoup extra point payments with the lower interest rate savings.
Preferences: Preferences allows you to adjust font sizes and currency of the application for the current session.
